Booking Policy for Wrinkle Relaxer Injections (Botox® & Jeuveau®) We’re excited to help you look and feel your best! To keep our appointments running smoothly and ensure fairness for all clients, please review our booking policies: Appointment Scheduling All injectable services require an appointment. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Eligibility & Safety Clients must be 18 years or older. A medical consultation is required prior to treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions, injections may not be performed. Payments Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA where applicable. Results Individual results vary. A follow-up appointment may be recommended for touch-ups. All services rendered are non-refundable.
