Whether you’re looking to soften wrinkles, add definition to cheeks or jawline, or achieve fuller lips, fillers provide immediate, natural-looking results with little to no downtime. Results can last 6–18 months depending on the product and treatment area, giving you a refreshed, youthful look you’ll love.
Cancellation Policy
At Bee Mindful Wellness, we want your filler experience to be safe, comfortable, and tailored to your goals. Please review our policy before booking your appointment: Consultation & Eligibility A consultation is required before all first-time dermal filler treatments. Patients must be 18 years or older. Fillers are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions. A full health history will be reviewed to ensure treatment safety. Appointments & Deposits A card on file is required for your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment total. Deposits are forfeited for same-day cancellations, reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit the deposit. Treatment & Results Fillers provide immediate results, but mild swelling or bruising may occur and typically resolves within a few days. Longevity varies by product and treatment area, typically 6–18 months. Touch-ups may be recommended for optimal results. All services are non-refundable. Payments Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA (when applicable). Membership and package pricing may be available. Important Notes Results vary based on individual anatomy and treatment goals. Photos may be taken for medical documentation and progress tracking.
